3ft. x 5ft. Guilford Courthouse Flag

The 3 x 5 ft. Guilford Courthouse flag is made of 100% heavyweight Solar Guard nylon, finished with two rows of stitching on top and bottom, four rows on the fly end, finished with canvas heading and brass grommets.

During the American Revolution the North Carolina militia troops carried the flag at the battle of Guilford Courthouse in 1781. The flag's unusual dimensions and color combinations; enlarged white canton with 13 blue 8-pointed stars and alternating red and blue stripes, make it one of the more interesting and attractive early variations of the American flag
