New Mississippi Flag

In 2020 Mississippi adopted a new state flag. This flag features Mississippi’s state flower, the Magnolia, circled by 20 stars representing the 20th State in the Union, topped by a gold native American “diamond star”. The words, “In God We Trust”, completes the circle around the Magnolia blossom. Vertical bands of Old Glory Red, Gold and Old Glory Blue are the backdrop for this symbol rich flag.
