All returns must be authorized in advance by US Flag Supply should it be necessary to return merchandise.
Please call our Customer Service Department at (888) 442-3524. You will be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. This number must appear on the outside of the package returned. Packages sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.Customers returning previously purchased merchandise will receiving a refund in the form funds were received, exchange for another item (identical or different), or a store credit.
Custom made products, made to order, non-stock and special order items are not returnable. Returns unrelated to variation from item ordered or merchandise quality/condition may be subject to a 30% restocking charge.
