Each seagoing 4 x 6 ft. U.S Navy Vice Admiral flag is made of blue 100% nylon with 3 white hand-sewn stars and two rows of stitching on the top and bottom, four rows of stitching on the fly end and finished with a side pole sleeve lined in flannel, with a tab sewn inside the pole sleeve to secure the flag to the pole. All our officer flags are made to U. S. Government Design Specifications.
